Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

General Questions

  • We haul just about anything—furniture, appliances, yard debris, renovation waste, and more. If it’s non-hazardous and two strong crew members can lift it, we’re on it.

  • We proudly serve all of Yavapai County, including Greater Prescott and the Verde Valley.

  • Nope! We’re 100% local and family-run. When you work with us, you're supporting a small business based in Chino Valley, not a national chain.

Scheduling & Estimates

  • It’s easy! Send us a few photos of your junk by text, email, or through our website. We’ll give you a free, no-obligation estimate based on what we see.

  • No right now—we keep things quick and convenient by reviewing photos. No awkward scheduling or sales pressure.

  • You can call, text, or book online. We'll confirm the details and show up on time, ready to haul.

Pricing & Payments

  • We charge by volume—how much space your junk takes up in our trailer. Prices start at our minimum load and go up in 1/8th increments. We also offer single-item pricing.

  • Absolutely not. Our pricing includes labor, transportation, disposal, and cleanup. The quote we give is the price you pay (unless you add more stuff—then we’ll adjust accordingly).

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle. Payment is due when the job is complete.

What We Take (and Don’t Take)

  • We take furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, bagged leaves, yard debris, scrap metal, hot tubs, exercise equipment—you name it!

  • We can’t take hazardous waste (paint, chemicals, propane, etc.), biohazards, or anything that requires a crane or a hazmat suit.

  • Nope! We’ll grab it from wherever it is—attic, backyard, basement, you name it.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Yes! We make every effort to keep reusable items out of the landfill. We donate or recycle whenever possible.

  • Non-reusable items are responsibly disposed of at licensed local transfer stations or landfills.
