General Questions

  • It’s easy! Send us a few photos of your junk by text, email, or through our website. We’ll give you a free, no-obligation estimate based on what we see.

  • Yes! While most of our estimates are done quickly and conveniently through photos, we also offer free in-person estimates within our local service area. If you’re located in a 30 mile radius of Chino Valley, we’ll be happy to stop by, review the items in person, and provide an accurate, no-obligation quote.

  • You can call, text, or book online. We'll confirm the details and show up on time, ready to haul.

Scheduling & Estimates

  • We charge based on volume — how much space your junk takes up in our 14-foot dump trailer. Junk removal pricing starts at our minimum load and increases in 1/8-load increments from there.

We also offer affordable single-item pricing for things like couches, mattresses, and appliances.

Every quote includes labor, transportation, and disposal fees — no surprises. For more details, check out our junk removal pricing page or click here for a free quote.

  • Absolutely not. There are no hidden fees with Copper State Junk Removal & Hauling.

Our all-inclusive pricing covers labor, transportation, disposal fees, and cleanup. The quote we give is the price you pay — unless you add more items at the time of pickup, in which case we’ll update your quote on the spot. Click here to learn what impacts pricing.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and Zelle. Payment is due when the job is complete.

Pricing & Payments

  • We haul away a wide variety of junk and bulky items, including:
    Furniture (couches, dressers, dining sets)
    Appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers)
    Mattresses & box springs
    Electronics (TVs, computers, monitors)
    Hot tubs and spas
    Exercise equipment (treadmills, weight sets)
Bagged leaves, branches, and yard debris
    Scrap metal and loose junk

If you’re not sure we’ll take it, just ask! Chances are — we do. Click here for our full list of items we will haul away!

  • We cannot take certain hazardous materials such as wet paint, chemicals, oils, fuels, asbestos, pressurized containers (like propane tanks), or anything that requires specialized hazmat handling.

We can remove contaminated or biohazard-affected items (such as urine- or feces-soiled furniture, mattresses, or trash), but these jobs carry a biohazard/contamination surcharge due to the additional safety gear, handling, and disposal requirements.

  • Nope! We’ll grab it from wherever it is—attic, backyard, basement, you name it. However, curbside pick-up is a great way to save money on your quote!

  • Our quotes are based on the items shown in your photos or described at the time of booking. If there are additional items or materials not included in your original request, the final price may be adjusted. Don’t worry — we’ll always confirm and communicate any changes before starting the job so there are no surprises.

  • Once items are loaded into our trailer, they become the property of Copper State Junk Removal & Hauling. We handle them responsibly — whenever possible, we donate usable items to local charities, recycle materials, or repurpose what we can. Items that can’t be reused are disposed of properly at local transfer stations or landfills.

What We Take (and Don’t Take)

  • Yes! We make every effort to keep reusable items out of the landfill.

Whenever possible, we donate gently used furniture, appliances, and household goods to local charities, or recycle materials like scrap metal, electronics, and cardboard.

It’s part of our commitment to eco-friendly junk removal that serves both our customers and our community.

  • It depends on the item — but nothing goes to waste if we can help it.

Usable items are donated or recycled whenever possible, while non-reusable junk is responsibly disposed of at licensed local transfer stations or landfills in Yavapai County.

We make sure your junk is handled the right way — safely, legally, and with minimal environmental impact. Check out our full article on what happens with your junk!

  • Yes, in some cases. Once items are loaded into our trailer, they become the property of Copper State Junk Removal & Hauling. If an item is still in good condition and has resale value, we may choose to sell it rather than send it to the landfill. This helps keep usable items in circulation, reduces waste, and supports our mission of handling junk responsibly.
