Absolutely. A lot of Northern Arizona isn't inside city limits. We regularly work on rural properties, acreage, ranches, outbuildings, garages, sheds, and properties with accumulated junk or debris. If you're outside one of the communities listed on our website, contact us with your location and we'll let you know if we can service it.

Possibly. Pricing depends on your location, the amount of material being removed, disposal costs, labor, and the scope of the job. For locations farther outside our normal routes, we may include additional travel costs in the quote. We'll tell you the total price before the work begins.

Yes. For estate cleanouts, hoarding cleanups, commercial cleanouts, property cleanups, and other large projects, we're able to consider jobs beyond our typical service area. Contact us with the property location and a description of the project so we can determine the best way to handle it.

Yes. We frequently work with property owners, family members, real estate professionals, landlords, property managers, and businesses who aren't physically at the property. Depending on the job, we can coordinate access, communicate by phone or text, and provide photos as needed.

No. We do not charge travel fees within our normal service areas. If your property is located within the communities and areas we regularly serve throughout Greater Prescott, the Verde Valley, and Yavapai County, travel is included in your quoted price. You’ll know the total cost before we begin—no surprise mileage or travel charges.
